HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Delivery times vary depending on your location once your order is shipped.
Canada and USA: 2-8 Business Days
International: 5-12 Business Days
Shipping times may take longer than normal due to carrier delays and as a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. For the most accurate information on when your package will arrive, please reference your tracking link once the order has shipped.
WHAT IS MY SIZE?
Our products fit true to size, but you can find item-specific sizing info on each product page (just click “Size Guide”). Please feel free to reach out If you have any specific questions, and we will do our best to find the right fit for you!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We charge a flat rate of $15 CAD to Canada & US. A flat rate of $20 CAD to other countries. We currently ship to Canada and USA. Depending on the promotion and number of items in your cart, shipping could be free of charge.
For international orders, your country may charge additional customs fees or duties before releasing your package. these charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Intersect Collection does not pay or reimburse these fees.
we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. if your package is held at customs, check your mail or email for notifications and contact your local post office for assistance.
HOW DO I BEST WASH AND CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS ?
Machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry is our recommended way of taking care of your garment - by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment.
If you can’t get around throwing your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibers, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 2-3% on low dryer settings.
You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Our products are made in Egypt. We work directly with certified facilities that ensure safe and healthy conditions and fair wages.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
An automated notification of your order fulfillment will include your order's tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility.
IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our packaging is minimal and eco-friendly! We package all online orders in recycled mailers with recyclable tissue.
RETURN POLICY
We guarantee a full refund within 30 days from order placement date for regular priced items within North America. We are unable to offer free return labels to US orders.
Product being returned or exchanged, must be in its original condition with tags/packaging and free of any odor or make up.
If you are wishing to exchange your order, feel free to place a new order and return your original order for a refund. Your order will be refunded once it arrives back to our warehouse and has been processed in our system.
